Exotic Peacock Feather Earrings

Peacock feathers are widely used to adorn fashion accessories most gracefully. The bright exotic color of these peacock feather earrings will upgrade any look! Plus, they are animal-eco-friendly :) 

Using an 3mm hook and deep blue cotton thread cast on a magic ring.
Round 1: ch 1, work in the ring 2 hdc, 5 dc, 1 trc, 5 dc, 3 hdc
slst in the first ch to close round.
Round 2: Change to light blue color.
sc in 3rd hdc made in round 1, sc in next 5 sts, 1 sc, 1 ch, 1 sc in next stitch, sc in next 7 sts, sc in next stitch, picot 3 (=ch 3, slst in 3rd ch from hook), sc in next 2 sts, slst in first sc to close round.  
Round 3: Change to green color.
sc in the 4th sc after the picot made in round 2,
slst in next stitch, picot 2 (=ch 2, slst in 2nd ch from hook),
slst in next stitch, picot 2,
slst in next stitch, picot 3, 
slst in next stitch, picot 3,
slst in next stitch, picot 3,
slst, picot 4, slst in ch-1 space (picot 4= ch 4, slst in 4th ch from hook), picot 3,
slst in next stitch, picot 3, slst in next stitch, picot 3,
slst in next stitch, picot 2, slst in next stitch, picot 2,
slst, sc in last st. Cast off.
